Each Ginsana capsule contains extract equivalent to dry Panax Ginseng 212.5 mg dry root.
Ginsana contains G115®, a standardized ginseng extract from the root of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, more commonly known as ginseng. The specific extract used in Ginsana – known as G115® – has over 40 years of research and more than 25 clinical studies validating its efficacy in different areas, such as supporting energy and endurance levels.
Tolerability: Ginsana is generally well tolerated, with no serious effects reported. In a study of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), another ginseng species, the extract was shown to reduce the effect of anticoagulants . For this reason an interaction between Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer and anticoagulants cannot be completely excluded.
Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: take 2 capsules daily with breakfast or 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch.
NB! For best results, take Ginsana for 12 weeks minimum.
